Hey - I'm Julie, and I'm a Multidisciplinary Designer specializing in UI/UX and a recent Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction & Design graduate from UC Irvine. My design experience spans both B2B product environments and brand-forward creative projects, with ~1 year of experience working on complex, information-dense platforms and 4+ years in business and creative design roles.

I currently work independently under Creative Hand, a small design studio I run that provides thoughtful, approachable design solutions for small businesses and creatives. Whether I’m supporting branding from the ground up or stepping in to polish a user interface, I aim to meet clients where they are and help bring their ideas to life — without the intimidating agency energy or price tag.

What I do:

  • Brand identity design (logos, color palettes, font pairings)

  • Web design (Framer, Squarespace, or visual-first UI layouts)

  • Marketing + event graphics (social posts, flyers, menus, business cards)

  • UI/UX support for digital tools or websites

  • Light design strategy + creative direction

I believe good design should feel collaborative, aligned, and accessible — not confusing, overwhelming, or out of reach. I love working with people who care about their ideas and just need a creative hand to make it happen.
